I might call this experimental because the net and its netizens have constitutionally protected rights. I wish to understand and explore those rights to free speech. I am not here to explore the beginnings of  bad taste in art, but art comes in many forms. I would like to catalog some of the art  through the eyes of  Blinky, a male of legal age (whatever that is) and his initial experiences on the net and what he collected for the ART GALLERY. Please don't visit if your offended by  nudity. Blinky collected some real eye openers.

CAN anyone out there add a body to my head? I'm tried of just lookin at stuff.
I want to get out and move around or maybe you can spell my name right  (Blinky) and leave my eyes blinkin, also. I think my Mother needs some assitance. If you can help
